Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Sweden with DHL to 21 EU countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Delivery takes 3–5 business days and costs €12.90 (free on orders of €79 or more). See our Shipping Policy for details.
Are your products tobacco-free?
Yes. All nicotine pouches we sell are tobacco-free: they contain no tobacco leaf. They do contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance.
How do I find my ideal strength?
Every product page shows the nicotine content and a strength scale from 1 to 5. If you are unsure, choose a lower strength.
What is the best way to store my pouches?
To maintain optimal flavor and moisture, we recommend keeping your tins in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
