1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase products through Nickpods.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by:

By placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
2. Age limit – 18+
Nickpods.com sells nicotine products and only sells to persons who are at least 18 years old. By making a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We may ask you to verify your age, for example with a government-issued ID, and we cancel orders where the buyer’s age cannot be verified.
3. Orders and agreement
When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. A binding purchase agreement is formed when we have accepted your order. We may reject or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, in case of incorrect personal information, payment problems, suspected fraud, products that are out of stock, obvious price or technical errors, or failed age verification.
4. Customer information and accounts
You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is correct and up to date. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order, and are also listed in our Shipping Policy. There are no other fees.
Payments are handled by external payment providers using encrypted (SSL) connections. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
6. Offers and discounts
Discounts and offers are valid for the stated period and while stock lasts. Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
7. Delivery
We ship from Sweden with DHL to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy, where you also find costs, delivery times and tracking information. The risk for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have appointed, receive the goods. If delivery is significantly delayed, you may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Rules for nicotine products differ between countries. Please make sure that nicotine pouches may legally be purchased and used in your country before you order.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. To use it, email contact@nickpods.com and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Products must be returned unopened with the seal intact; for health protection and hygiene reasons, cans whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We refund the purchase price, including standard shipping if the whole order is returned, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. You pay the cost of returning the goods. 9. Complaints and faulty goods
If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible. Under Swedish consumer law you can complain about faulty goods for up to 3 years after delivery; please contact us within 2 months of discovering the fault. We pay the return shipping for approved complaints and offer a replacement or a full refund.
10. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible, based on information from the manufacturers. Nicotine content and strength are stated on each product page. Product images are illustrations and the packaging design may vary.
11. Website content
Texts, design and logos on Nickpods.com belong to FJUD Solutions AB or our licensors. Product names, brands and product images belong to their respective manufacturers. No material may be copied without written permission.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions or IT outages.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the Website when you placed your order.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Please contact our customer service first if you are not satisfied. You can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se. Consumers resident in another EU country can get help from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
